As I worked on this week’s B&B last night, I got two tornado warnings on my phone—that hasn’t happened in a very long time. I’m still here, though, and not wandering around the Emerald City. Let’s circle up!
Bitch: The horrors persist with new stories coming out daily about the Felon in Chief and his cabinet of deplorables. I look at headlines for all of five minutes, if that.
Brag: For every depressing article or headline there’s humor to balance it all out, at least for me. And I don’t seek out content that mocks the articles or headlines, either. Clips of comedy routines get me laughing, like this one from Fortune Feimster about the lengths they will go to for biscuits.

Bitch: Why does my wind chime no longer chime? It’s outside the kitchen window and for a while I would hear it ring when the wind blew, but for at least six months I haven’t heard it at all. I love the sound of wind chimes and this one sounds particularly lovely: high and clear, never too harsh or jangly.
Brag: Last month I bought myself a pretty floral tumbler for use with coffee or tea. Because the weather was more conducive to hot drinks this week, I took it to school for my morning coffee. Sipping from this fun little tumbler gives me such joy.

Bitch: Debating over whether to order a replacement lid for my Zulu water bottle, as I discovered a broken rubber piece that added tension to the lid’s snap feature. It all still works fine, but the aesthetics of that broken part bother me.
Brag: My Old Navy order arrived early and I now have two new pairs of inexpensive jeans that fit me and my juicy booty, yay!
