Bitch: My right knee has been bothering me a lot this past week and I am unsure if I strained it during a strength/weight training session, if it’s an arthritis flareup, or a combination of both. Aging is such a bitch.
Brag: I got a big bunch of kale via Hungry Harvest delivery and rather than cook it, I’ve been making super crunchy salads with kale as the base. My salads include: chopped deli turkey or turkey bacon, mixed bell pepper, carrots, tomato, cucumber, sunflower seeds, and occasionally crumbled feta, with a homemade balsamic vinaigrette. Tasty and makes me feel oh so self-righteous.
Bitch AND Brag: My Wordle streak reached 36 and then the NY Times app stopped counting. I’m not sure what happened - an app update, maybe? In any case, my Wordle streak is at 41 as of August 11. That and five bucks will get me a couple blueberry donuts at Dunkin.

Bitch: Water is wet and inflation is more about corporate greed than actual supply chain issues. I am so over this shit.
Brag: I finished sewing a few prototypes of pen rolls and organizers and I’m pleased with the results. Now to finalize the pricing and line up meetings with a couple shops to sell them…
