Exclusive for paid subscribers: the Corinne Channel is a roundup of what I’ve been reading, watching, and listening to over the past week. This list will be included at the end of each Friday Bitch and Brag.

Oh the weather outside is frightful, but reading Substack is so delightful, am I right? Circle up!
Bitch: The crickets continue to congregate in the house and they need to start paying rent. Period.
Brag: Today I got carryout from Three Brothers, and as I walked in I noticed they had a Ms. Pacman/Galaga arcade game. I can’t pass up playing Ms. Pacman, so I went to play a game while I waited for my food…

Bitch: …and it was 50 cents to play AND the machine was set up to only give you two lives! I’m still pretty good at the game, but not that good. What a crock!
Brag: In November I got notified about renewing my driver’s license online, as it will expire in February. In order to renew, my optometrist needed to submit my vision exam to the MVA (Maryland’s name for the DMV). I put in the request with the doctor, he submitted it less than an hour after I asked, and provided all goes well with USPS, I will get my new license next week.

Bitch: I had been taking CBD gummies for sleep for a couple weeks prior to my biopsy, but because of the procedure, I had to stop using them for a week. I tried taking the gummies again, but wound up restless and then had awful dreams.
Brag: My New Zealand pen pal sent me a care package full of fun and yummy goodies, including a strawberry marshmallow-filled chocolate fish. The chocolate fish is a traditional Kiwi reward given to kids for “a job well done,” though I understand it’s now considered to be more ironic. I don’t care—I deserve all the chocolate fishies!

This week on The Corinne Channel: a BONUS bitch & brag, new Disney classics, problematic teen dramas, and more!
