I also saw a woodpecker for the first time in years! He got out of the tree in the courtyard and stood by the shrubs and the Robin's looked at him like "whut?"
Isn't it great to see them IRL? I know they can do a lot of damage if they decide to do their own DIY project on someone's house or other construction, but they are still so cool to watch!
